A Bit About Sean
Personally, Sean love's to travel with his family experiencing cultures, communities and the diverse beauty of our world. He enjoys the outdoors, skiing, boating, cycling, and hiking. With the Pacific Northwest as his home, he treasures exploring and experiencing all that the beautiful PNW has to offer. He and his wife have been blessed to be able to have visited many countries around the world with London and NYC as some of their favorite cities. However, Sean has also visited many wonderful and remote locations including a few exciting experiences in places like Kabul, Afghanistan; Central Saudi Arabia and Legos, Nigeria, to name a few.

Professionally, Sean is a Passionate explorer of new and innovative approaches to help people connect, build rich experiences, remove barriers and expand businesses. In the early 2000's, Sean was developing global markets and focusing on innovative technology solutions for healthcare, education, high-tech and power & energy. After launching offices in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, KSA Sean returned home to Seattle in 2010 to joining Strong-Bridge and Slalom Consulting. Since 2011, Sean has been fortunate enough to work and partner together with some amazing clients including: Amazon, Microsoft, HTC, T-Mobile, eBay, Cisco, Webex, Facebook/Meta, HP and Brooks Running as well as many wonderful Health, Life Science and Medical Devise companies like: United Healthcare Group, Optum, Takeda, J&J, Seagen (formerly Seattle Genetics), Cigna, Anthem, Humana & BD (Becton Dickinson). Many great relationships, lessons, challenges and successes have resulted from this rich and incredible journey.

Nxtting founder and managing partner developing a $16M global pipeline and $250K in signed contracts in 4 months. Spun off and sold Nxtting within first 8 months.
Designit Global Group Director & Executive Client Partner

Established & launched the Health & Life Science sector for Designit. Developed sector to 15+ Health, Life Science and Medical Device accounts internationally by 2022.

Slalom Director & Client Partner for T-Mobile and Emerging Markets

T-Mobile Account IT Client Partner leading all technology efforts for the #2 Slalom global account. Grew IT business 10x in 3 years (6%-64% share of the Slalom account business at T-Mobile).

Grew YOY TMO account sales 4x and IT sales 10x from 2014-2016 resulting in the T-Mobile account taking the #1 Slalom Global account.

Director and architect of the TDM COE for TMO EIT (Enterprise IT). An 85 person team responsible for driving all TMO Digital Transformation and Enterprise Infrastructure initiatives. 270+ enterprise projects, worth $980M+.

Co-Authored, developed and taught the Slalom Large Cap Dev protocol across Slalom Seattle senior leadership. Program was subsequently deployed globally to all Slalom leadership and business development.

Emerging Market Client Partner - Developed the Clients Services Pilot Program for Slalom's Emerging Market sector. Developed and led client accounts including: eBay, Facebook, Seagen (formerly Seattle Genetics) and Brooks Running.
Strong Bridge Sr. Management Consultant & Account Executive for HTC

Led the response and mitigation team for the 2010 FTC Security Case against HTC Americas. Served as the HTC Global Executive Legal & Compliance Manager working across HTC US and HTC HQ in Taipei to research, mitigate and institute device security and compliance improvements company-wide.

Established the HTC Americas EPMO serving the executive leadership. Personally managed all operations, security & safety initiatives for the office of the COO.

Led the HTC Device Quality Tiger Team responsible for improving device quality significantly and securing the AT&T Windows Phone partnership.

Developed the first ever Carrier-OEM TCO/CLV model (Total Cost of Ownership and Customer Lifetime Value). Negotiated and established the HTC and T-Mobile TCO/CLV partnership resulting in accurate monthly total cost of ownership and customer lifetime value calculations across all TMO customers on HTC devices as well as valuable TCO and CLV reference data for all other device manufacturers on the TMO network.
