A Bit About Sean

Personally - Sean love's to travel with his family experiencing cultures, communities and the diverse beauty of our world.  He enjoys the outdoors, skiing, boating, cycling, and hiking.  With the Pacific Northwest as his home, Seattle for the last 30 years, he treasures exploring and experiencing all that the beautiful PNW has to share.  He and his wife have been blessed to be able to have visited many countries around the world with London and NYC as some of their favorite cities.  However, Sean has also visited many wonderful and remote locations including a few exciting and hair-raising experiences in places like Kabul, Afghanistan; Central Saudi Arabia and Legos, Nigeria, to name a few. 

Professionally - Sean is a Passionate explorer of new and innovative approaches to help people connect, build rich experiences, remove barriers and expand businesses.  In the early 2000's, Sean was developing global markets and focusing on innovative technology solutions for healthcare, education and business.  After launching offices in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, KSA Sean returned home to Seattle in 2010 to focus his attention on working with larger consulting firms and clients.  Since 2011, Sean has been fortunate enough to work and partner together with some amazing clients including: Amazon, Microsoft, HTC, T-Mobile, eBay, Cisco, Webex, Facebook/Meta, HP and Brooks Running as well as many wonderful Health, Life Science and Medical Devise companies like: UHG, Optum, Takeda, J&J, Seagen, Cigna, Anthem, Humana & BD.  Many great relationships, lessons, challenges and successes have resulted from this rich and incredible journey.

Yes, an incredible journey it continues to be...for, at his core, Sean is a Lifelong learner driven to listen, empathize, connect and understand as we work together to face big challenges, solving big problems.

Designit Global Group Director & Executive Client Partner

Established & launched the Health & Life Science sector for Designit. Developed sector to 15+ Health, Life Science and Medical Device accounts internationally by 2022.

Negotiated and won the largest single contract in Rational/Designit history with United.

Led and managed Cisco with leadership direction and oversight of AmazonHPT-Mobile and numerous other High-Tech and Wireless clients. 

Wipro Digital and Rational Client Partner, Director of Client Services

Led the HLS (Health & Life Sciences) & CMD (Consumer & Medical Devices) for Strategic Design and Marketing Services. 

Authored, Developed and Led the Client Services Program responsible for Designit, Wipro and Rational collaborative alignment, training and business process optimization.

Architected and drove Client Services transformation and provided strategic development leadership to the emerging Consulting practice.  

Slalom Sr. Management Consultant, Director & Client Partner for T-Mobile and Emerging Markets

T-Mobile Account IT Partner leading all technology efforts for the #2 Slalom global account. Grew IT business from 6%-64% share of the TMO-Slalom business in 2 years.

Grew YOY TMO account sales 4x and IT sales 10x from 2014-2016 resulting in the T-Mobile account taking the #1 Slalom Global account.

Solution Architect and leader of the TDM COE for TMO EIT (Enterprise IT) a team of 85 TDMs (Technical Delivery Managers) driving all TMO Digital Transformation and Enterprise Infrastructure efforts.  Executed over 270 enterprise projects, worth over $980M.

Co-Authored, developed and taught the Slalom Large Cap Dev protocol across Slalom Seattle senior leadership.  Program was subsequently deployed globally to all Slalom leadership and business development.

Emerging Market Client Partner - Developed the Clients Services Pilot Program for Slalom's Emerging Market sector.  Developed and led client accounts including: eBay, Facebook, Seagen (formerly Seattle Genetics) and Brooks Running
